Quality and food safety
Processing and production, of course, fall under the strict supervision of the HACCP process control system, through which the safety and quality of the products can be guaranteed. Additional certifications include the following:
• BRC: British Retail Consortium
• IFS: International Food Standard
• GOST-R: Russian safety and quality standards
Halal meat products that are produced according to specific protocol, where the production process is supervised by representatives from Islamic organisations appointed by customers from the Middle East and/or Europe.

All of this to monitor the flavour, quality consistency, transparency with regard to the origin of the meat and, of course, hygiene and food safety.
